The evidence behind the machine

Buying a 45,000 hour asset from a manufacturer you have not bought from before is a decision that needs evidence, not adjectives. This is the record: third-party references, measured field results, and the manufacturing capability behind the units.

Roland Berger, Energy Cost and Carbon Footprint Reduction for Telecom Companies (June 2020)

Roland Berger's June 2020 study for telecom operators lists microturbine gensets among the opportunities for off-grid tower power, citing the planned Alkan CIT deployment across Africa and the Middle East and an expected 30% cost reduction against conventional diesel gensets. The study attributes the 30% figure to Bladon (footnote 11, chapter 2).

Winner, Vodafone Renewable Energy Challenge

Bladon was announced as the winner of the Vodafone Renewable Energy Challenge in February 2023, selected for the potential of the microturbine genset to cut diesel use and emissions across off-grid network sites.

Part of the Ryse Energy group

Bladon is part of the Ryse Energy group, which gives off-grid site operators a combined renewable and microturbine offer from a single supplier - wind and solar generation alongside a fuel-flexible genset, on one service visit a year.

How the combined offer works

Test it against your own numbers

Model your fuel prices, run hours and service costs, or talk to an engineer about a site-specific assessment.
