What you'll deliver for us:
· Support New Product Introduction (NPI) project and infant care programme.

What we're looking for:

· Experience with troubleshooting, failure diagnostics and the ability to analyse system data.

Senior Electronics Design Engineer

What you’ll deliver to us:
• Owning the design and development of the digital control platform for our next generation product, as well as participating in the ongoing development and validation of existing electronics designs, including support to manufacturing and applications engineering teams.

What you'll deliver to us:
• A warranty control process and associated systems.
• Controlling the warranty process and warranty decisions based on evidence and information provided by our global distributor partners
• Implementing a system for parts management, to ensure parts are always available for Bladon’s customers. This system must integrate with the existing SAP system and will need to be largely automated to scale with the business.
• Developing full working knowledge of the existing SAP system and keeping up to date with enhancements as they become live
• Tracking of KPIs for warranty claims, costs, and parts statistics that can inform the wider business.
• Communicating with customers about their warranty claims and parts requests
What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience, ideally at management level or with experience of system implementation, within a stock control or parts warehouse environment, or some other relevant experience to demonstrate a working knowledge of parts control.
• An understanding of warranty processing and what this entails. Ideally the candidate will be familiar with a Warranty Controller’s roles and responsibilities and will have some relevant prior experience.
• A high level of IT literacy is required in order to convey requirements to the IT team and work effectively with data systems.
• Some previous experience of expanding or setting up scalable business processes.
• Ability to work on own initiative. This role involves substantial levels of ownership and the delivery of these systems is critical.
